P/E 2007: Milan Top Collection - 2 - MARNI - Accessories

Craft meets couture is what Marni is all about - this is most apparent in the accessories - which always cement the collections theme together nicely. My favourite bag is the oversize grey patent leather tote, pair it with the grey pump (which will hopefully also be available in patent) with wood block heel - devastatingly chic!

P/E 2007: Milan Top Collections 3 - 5

Traditional craftsmanship with the most futuristic of fabrics was the focus at Fendi for Spring 07, Tomas Maier presented his vision of refined luxury at Bottega Veneta with a beautifully subtle colour palette with exquisite detailing, & Christopher Bailey took inspiration from Cecil Beaton's photographs of 20's debutantes for the Burberry Prorsum collection:

P/E 2007: Milan #3 - COLOR

Color Wheel: ultra-simplicity and extreme color at Jil Sander, the 70's by way of graphics with 80's shapes and on into the future using fabric technology - Versace offered up an amazing spring collection , Matthew Williamson presents body-conscious, bold, beach bombshells at Emilio Pucci, & the Roberto Cavalli collection included signature styling combined with mega embellishment and ultra-high hemlines:
